Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging Acceleup Studio ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Ashish Gautamm (Faridabad, Haryana, India), for website design, development, or local SEO services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all projects, retainers, and consulting engagements.

2. Services

Acceleup Studio provides custom website design, Next.js development, CMS setup, local SEO optimisation, Google Business Profile management, and WhatsApp automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each project will be agreed upon in writing (via email or a signed proposal) before work commences.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required before project work begins.
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before the live launch.
• Monthly maintenance retainers are billed at the start of each calendar month.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Invoices not paid within 7 days of issue may result in project work being paused.

4. Revisions & Scope Changes

All packages include unlimited design revisions during the design phase only. Development-phase changes that alter the agreed scope will be quoted separately. Acceleup Studio reserves the right to charge for any additions requested after the design has been approved by the client.

5. Performance Guarantee

Acceleup Studio guarantees a Google PageSpeed score of 90+ on both mobile and desktop for all new website builds. If this target is not achieved at launch, we will provide remediation work at no additional cost. This guarantee applies only to the initial delivery environment and does not cover performance degradation caused by client-installed third-party scripts or content changes made after handover.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the completed website design and code. Acceleup Studio retains the right to display the project in its portfolio and case studies. Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, client lists, pricing, and technical implementations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Acceleup Studio's liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the total amount paid by the client for that specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to loss of revenue or loss of data.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana, India.
